Hi, we are Je and Cams.
We are a married couple running 404 Creative Studios in Metro Manila, a small creative and marketing studio we have been building since we started freelancing in 2020. Our daughter Likha is the heart of most things we build.
Like many Filipino kids, we grew up in households where gift money was kept by parents with good intentions, and no system to track it. We are not dwelling on that. We just decided our daughter would have a different experience, and that other parents who think the same way deserved a real tool for it.
Alikansya is that tool. We built it for ourselves and for parents like us.
Who this is built for.
Alikansya is for Filipino parents with stable income who are raising their children intentionally. Parents who think ahead. Parents who want their kids to understand the value of money before they are adults making real financial mistakes.
Specifically, parents who believe that financially aware kids are raised, not born. That delayed gratification is a skill worth practicing. That borrowing has consequences worth feeling. That a goal is more motivating than a lecture.
Delayed gratification
Kids cannot just withdraw anytime. They submit a request, you approve it. Waiting is part of the lesson.
Responsible borrowing
Kids can request a small loan. Parents approve and physically hand over the cash. Monthly repayments deduct automatically from savings, they feel the cost every single month.
Saving toward something real
Kids set a goal, a toy, a bag, a trip. They watch their progress every month and learn that patience has a payoff.
Financial cause and effect
Spend now and the jar shrinks. Wait and it grows. Take a loan and growth slows. These lessons stick when kids see them play out with their own money.
You are the bank. The app is the ledger.
Alikansya does not hold any money. You do. When your child receives birthday cash, you hold it. When they request a withdrawal, you hand it over. When you approve a loan, you give them the cash yourself.
The app tracks every transaction and makes your word as a parent visible and verifiable to your child. No more "trust me, it is safe." The balance is right there, updated every month, with a full record of every deposit, withdrawal, and loan.
This is what makes Alikansya different from a simple savings tracker. It is not just recording numbers. It is building a real, honest relationship around money between you and your child.
About 404 Creative Studios.
We are a small creative and marketing studio in Metro Manila. We started as freelancers in 2020 and have been building products around the seasons of our own life ever since. We are not a tech company. We are two people who figured out how to ship real products and chose to build things that matter to us personally.
Every product we release starts from a real problem we lived through. Alikansya started with Likha and the question of how to handle her first birthday gifts responsibly. NearMe Kids PH started with too many frustrating weekends trying to find somewhere good to take her in Metro Manila.
Alikansya

Where the name comes from
Alikansya comes from alkansya, the Filipino word for piggy bank. We took the full word, put Ali at the front, and built the rest around her. Ali is the savings coach inside the app: warm, age-appropriate, and built to encourage your kids without ever making them feel bad about their money choices. The name and the mascot are the same thing.
How we build
We use AI as a creative and marketing tool to ship faster than a two-person team has any right to. Every product decision, every word, and every feature priority still comes from us. We are the users. That keeps us honest about what actually matters.
