Alikansya does not hold or move real money
Your family's real money stays with you. We never ask for bank account or card details to use Alikansya.
What we collect, and why
- Waitlist form: your email, and optionally your first name, the kit you're interested in, your children's age ranges, and your city or province. We use this to email you about Alikansya and our pre-launch offer, and to plan Printed Kit delivery.
- Founding Family application: your name, email, optional mobile or Messenger contact, how many children would join and their age ranges, the device you'll use, and your answers about the beta. We use this to choose and contact our 12 Founding Families.
- The Alikansya app: your parent account details, the child profiles you create, and the savings, goals and requests your family records. We use this to run the app for your family and to improve it.
- Our website: our hosting provider may keep basic technical logs, such as browser type and IP address. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, your device type and your approximate location. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address.
Children
Our forms only ask for children's age ranges, never their names. In the app, parents create and manage their children's profiles, and children use Alikansya with a parent guiding them.
Where your information is stored
Form answers are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets. App data is stored with our app hosting provider, Lovable Cloud. Only Je and Cams have access to your answers.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. We keep beta applications until 6 months after the beta ends, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@404creativestudios.com. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. Under the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can also contact the National Privacy Commission.
Changes
If we change this notice, we'll update the date at the top.
