We are Je and Cams, a husband-and-wife team building products for families and small businesses. Our daughter Likha is the heart of most things we build.
Through NearMe Kids PH, we have been helping Filipino parents discover places and experiences for their children. Alikansya grew from the same belief: families deserve simple, practical tools that help children learn skills they can carry throughout life.
We are building Alikansya not as a replacement for parenting, but as a little help for parents who want to raise children who understand money, responsibility, and the value of waiting for something worthwhile.

We are a small creative and marketing studio in Metro Manila. We started as freelancers in 2020 and have been building products around the seasons of our own life ever since. We are not a tech company. We are two people who figured out how to ship real products and chose to build things that matter to us personally.
Every product we release starts from a real problem we lived through. Alikansya started with Likha and the question of how to handle her first birthday gifts responsibly. NearMe Kids PH started with too many frustrating weekends trying to find somewhere good to take her in Metro Manila.

Where the name comes from
Alikansya comes from alkansya, the Filipino word for piggy bank. We took the full word, put Ali at the front, and built the rest around her. Ali is the savings coach inside the app: warm, age-appropriate, and built to encourage your kids without ever making them feel bad about their money choices. The name and the mascot are the same thing.
How we build
We use AI as a creative and marketing tool to ship faster than a two-person team has any right to. Every product decision, every word, and every feature priority still comes from us. We are the users. That keeps us honest about what actually matters.
The money lessons they learn today can stay with them for life.
